At Carcass Clothing Co we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our limited collections and exclusive drops, all sales are final. Please read the following return policy carefully before making your purchase.
No Refunds or Exchanges
Carcass Clothing Co. maintains a strict no refund or exchange policy on all products. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as:

Incorrect sizing

Ordering the wrong item

General dissatisfaction
Exceptions – Major Defects or Flaws
If you receive an item that is majorly flawed or defective upon arrival, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. To qualify:

The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

The issue must be clearly documented with photographs and a written description.
How to Initiate a Claim
To report a defective or flawed item, email us at carcassclothingco@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Include the following:

Your full name and order number

Photos clearly showing the defect

A brief explanation of the issue
Our team will review your claim and respond within 5 business days. If the item is deemed defective, we will provide instructions for returning the item and issuing a refund or replacement.
Important Notes

Claims submitted after the 3-day window will not be accepted.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be processed.

Carcass Clothing Co. reserves the right to determine what constitutes a major defect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
